Se encuentra esta hermosa escultura de nuestra queridísima cantautora Chabuca Granda; artista reconocida del siglo XX, quien compuso hermosos valses que suenan a poesía y nos producen recuerdos de ensueño.

A su lado, vemos a José Antonio, personaje de uno de sus conocidos valses, quien viste de chalán y cabalga sobre un precioso caballo de paso.
