En 1994 hubo un exodo en Cuba de mas de 30 000 personas, pero muchos se quedaron por varias razones, para algunos no era agradable la idea de atravezar el estrecho de la florida en busca de libertad, para otros el dejar una familia atras, amigos, costumbres no era facil, otros tal vez quieran luchar para acabar con el abuso del regimen y como estas hay miles y miles de razones que hicieron que esas personas se quedaran.

Artist information

Born in Cuba who immigrated to United States in 1995 He started drawing as a Child and has never lost the enthusiasm for art. Gonzalez has studied at the San Alejandro Fine Arts Academy at Havana City. He decide to carry on with his artistic career learning from experience. His favorite medium is oil, but also love the acrylic. Objective He is a muralist and he enjoy to work visually on a large scale in a public arena.
