Artwork description

La bala es un plato típico de mi tierra, se prepara con plátano verde cosido y majado tradicionalmente con piedra en una batea de madera. Se lo mezcla con queso, maní molido o con chicharrón de chancho, a este último se le llama "bala barbona"

Cristina Santos Carvalho was born in Esmeraldas on July 26, 1965. And visual artist, muralist, writer, illustrator and designer. He made his artistic training at the Faculty of Arts of the Universidad Central del Ecuador (1994). Degree in Fine Arts (2010).
