Esta obra es un avance del proyecto artístico- enológico que está desarrollando actualmente Pipo Riobóo junto a 17 Filas Bodegas y Viñedos.

Una puesta en valor del entorno geográfico, ubicaciones y el interior de sus bodegas así como los espacios en los que se distribuyen los vinos, explorando los elementos principales que definen a la cultura mediterránea. Se trata por tanto de una reflexión positiva y vital en torno a los fundamentos y esencia del verdadero espíritu y carácter mediterráneos.
