Teresa Beltran Ort, born in the region of Maestrat Castelln, particularly its capital Sant Mateu. After several years living in France, returns to reside in his hometown. As a painter, Teresa, is self taught. In the mid-80 years begins with his early artistic expressions and in 1995 held in San Mateo, his first exhibition.
