Französischer Dom (French Cathedral), Egg-Tempera/Oil on Canvas, Canvas, 31,5x23,6 inch, 1995. Under the protection of the Hohenzollern the French Cathedral was constructed 1705, reconstructed 1905 for the French-reformatted community of the Huguenots settlers, French refugees who were invited by the Great Kurfürst to saddle down in Brandenburg. They got financial help. Inside you find a museum of the Huguenots.

Artist information

I was born in a little village called Overath near Cologne / Germany. I had different professions: technician/electrotechnician, electric engineer, comercial and technical manager, product manager, teacher of art and french and finally artist. Now I am living in Berlin, where I have my own studio and gallery in an art center called Kunstzentrum Tegel-Süd.
