Realizadas con estilo Naíf, caracterizado por los colores brillantes, de fuerte contraste y lenguaje inocente, dando paso a los motivos paisajísticos para hablar de la naturaleza y el respeto por la madre, en este caso la Tierra, caracterizada de manera cariñosa en varios de los lienzos de esta peculiar serie de pinturas.
Aima Martín realiza esta serie desde su emplazamiento en el Canto del Mirlo, las merindades de burgos donde residió como neorural 10 años de su vida. Con esta breve serie de tan sólo 7 pinturas nos deja un giño de lo que ella quiere resaltar de esa intensa experiencia.
