Principal piece of “Universality” my ceramic mural done in raku.

◾Iris, in Greek mythology is the goddess of the rainbow, and daughter of Electra and Tauma, considered the messenger sent by Zeus and Hera to bring the divine commands to mankind.
Iris is the personification of the rainbow that announces the covenant of humans and gods.

Artist information

Portugal born in Gavio, in the Alentejo, at some point between the 2 World War and the Gulf. After 4 years I went to Mozambique with my family.
