Forma parte del Parque Nacional Natural de los Farallones de Cali cercanos a esta ciudad. En el nacen unos 30 ríos, que abastecen de agua a varias ciudades del Valle del Cauca.En este tipo término abundan los bosques de nieblas y páramos,con gran diversidad de fauna y flora, creado en el año 1968 en el forman parte los municipios de Cali, Jamundí,Dagua y Buenaventura.

Luis Prado Allende "Sito"-Leon 1-May-1946. A native of East Mountain Leonesa. Simultaneous bachelor and graduate studies Social with artistic drawing and linear as well as workshops on printmaking, photography, poetry, and murals by Vela Zanetti Foundation.
