Artwork description

Branderburgertor Ebertstrasse, Berlin. A beautiful place in Berlin. An open space with buildings Berlin can be proud of. The post in the left/centre of the artwork is a rising in the one-colored sky. I colored the sky this way on purpose. It was a dark day with clouds, but the clouds didn\'t seem of any value to this picture.This is a great piece and represents my work very well.

Artist information

Herre Methorst was born in 1955 in Zeist, Netherlands. Worked 15 years as a graphic designer within two advertising offices in the centre of Holland. Besides his profession he developped himself as an independent artist now for over 20 years. Through the infuence of the Dutch painter Erik de Jong he accomplished his skills of painting and visualizing people in their enviroment.
