En mi ciudad hay un sitio ubicado en pleno centro donde se reunen personajes de todos los estratos entre ellos muchos desocupados a tomar tinto y jugar BILLAR; lugar que observo desde mi niñez y que no cambia a pesar del progreso de nuestro pueblo.
