Artwork description

Las guerras dejan mucho dolor y sufrimiento en los participantes de las guerras, tanto las víctimas como las víctimas-verdugos. Los únicos que sufren y mueren son las clases populares, mientras los ricos capitalistas más sanguinarios se benefician de ellas. La obra muestra el momento en que el trabajador-soldado toma consciencia de los crímenes cometidos y del absurdo de los motivos que le llevaron a creer en las justificaciones de esa guerra.

Artist information

He was born in Orihuela/Oriola (Spain), in 1982. He has a degree in Fine Arts by the Miguel Hernández University from Elche, obtaining the Extraordinary Prize "End of Career" and the "Five Stars University Student Prize".
He studied the last year of his degree in Barcelona, with a grant called "Sicue-Séneca". He has done several group exhibitions beside paintings, drawings, comics, infography (digital art) and photographic works. Jon's style is characterized by the critic realism together...
