I WAS BORN IN COLUMBUS, PROVINCE OF PANAMA, APRIL 18, 1952. SON OF AVILA VIDAL SERRANO FELIPA MILLER JOHNSON. I have five (5) children: Erika, EDUARDO, EDOUARD, EDELKA And ENELKA. THE PRIMARY SCHOOL IN THE SCHOOL DID HENRY GEENZIER. SECONDARY STUDIES (FIRST TO SIXTH YEAR) MADE IN THE COLLEGE GRADUATE AS ABEL BRAVO MAESTRO OF PRIMARY EDUCATION IN 1970.
