La obra muestra la desesperación de estos niños afligidos después de largas horas de espera para recibir algo de agua potable, una escena bastante común en las lejanas y olvidadas tierras de la Península de La Guajira, Colombia.

I was born in Cartagena, Colombia, August 30, 1971. I´m Industrial Engineering with Minor in Computer Science from the Universidad del Norte, Barranquilla, Colombia, 1993.
