Una costumbre muy arraigada en la argentina es "tomar mate" y más cuando se vive en el campo
Las visitas entre vecinos, generalmente a la tardecita, tienen al mate como protagonista de la reunión acompañado de pasteles o tortas fritas
De esta reunión social, también participan gallinas, patos, perros y gatos,que se consideran invitados por derecho propio ya que forman parte de la familia rural.
Escena colorida y clima plácido, con un equilibrio compositivo donde los pesos visuales se organizan casi simétricamente.
