I\'m probably one of the few painters who paint the world in the lotus position. Why? Because that is the position in which I practice zazen for almost thirty years. Zazen took me to see Japanese art, calligraphy and sumi painting. The influence of Zen art is present in my art, but today Impressionism is my way of painting.
