Sculptor, painter and writer born in Abhar, Iran in 1961. From childhood, Arthur Rowshan has been exposed to woodworking performing his father, a skilled restorer of antiques. Later he studied painting and architecture in Italy. In addition to his studies Rowshan has lived in many countries learning their cultures and languages. In his own words "the true school of an artist is to live intensely."
