Elaborada con motivo del bicentenario de la independencia colombiana. Aparecen 33 girasoles que significan las 33 batallas bolivarianas, las hojas significan las 22 capitulaciones. Los tres caballos el tercer milenio. Los dos soldados caidos en combate, el segundo centenario de la independencia. La imagen de Bolivar saliendo de una figura similar al mapa de Colombia. Debajo aparece el torso de una mujer desnuda, simbolizando el planeta tierra, en un color rojo vivo, simbolizando todas las batallas que ha soportado y una espada suelta como simbolo del tiempo.
