\"La Huaconada de Mito\" es una danza de los antiguos Huacones, representa a los justicieros de la comunidad que aparecen cada 1 de enero en el bello distrito de Mito, uno de los quince distritos que conforman la Provincia de Concepción del departamento de Junín, Perú. Ellos aon su espectacular atuendo y sus látigos sancionan aquellos infractores del año que pasó, se trata de una danza de añeja ancestralidad o de los viejos-huaquis quienes se muestran con máscaras de madera de sauco tallado, levantan sus mantos con sus manos emulando al ave rey de los Andes, el cóndor.
Born in 1955 in Lunahuaná, Cañete, Lima - Peru. Studied secondary school in NM "Oscar R. Mariscal Benavides of the place, in 1971 he joined the National School of Fine Arts of Peru, following studies of Drawing, Painting and Printmaking with teachers E. Galdos Rivas, A. Jorge Diaz and Ara M. Mori graduated in 1977 integrating the promotion of "Eusebio Roa."
