Victor Javier Toro Rios was born on January 11, 1961 in Pasto (Nariño). Already as a child demonstrates his skills in woodworking, building some of their own toys. At the age of 18 his studies to dedicate himself to work as a cabinetmaker in carpentry from his grandfather where he began to create relief and whimsical shapes to the wood.
