En esta obra de piedra reflejamos la cultura azteca a través de un díptico, en una representación dual del Dios Ometéotl (Omecíhuatl-mujer y Ometecuhtli-hombre) dentro de las evocaciones de la vida y la muerte en la cultura prehispánica, coronado con la majestuosa prescencia de Quetzalcoatl, simbolo de la sabiduría, la ciencia y el acercamiento de Dios con el hombre. Este fué un mural diseñado para la fachada del Forense de la Ciudad de México en absoluto ritmo constuctivista del espacio arquitectónico.

Artist information

Juan Alarcón was born on April 12, 1970 in Mexico City. He studied Mechanical Industrial Technical Illustrator in the IPN, a degree in sculpture from the National School of Painting, Sculpture and Engraving "La Esmeralda" INBA. And exercised the office of the cartoon since 1988.
