A portrait of Koko Taylor, who stands out for the goosebumps she gives you with her voice, forcing you to dance.

It is one of the three paintings I realized for Surco de Rayos serie, made of portraits of my favorite blues musicians. The warm colors give light and expressive movements to the melancholic blue. All of the paintings where made while listening to their songs, so the rhythms and the strokes are directly influenced by their melodies. --- Este retrato es de Koko Taylor, quien destaca por ponerte los pelos de punta y hacer que bailes sin remedio. Es uno de los tres cuadros que conforman la serie \"Surco de Rayos\", la cual consiste en retratos de mis artistas de blues favoritos. Los colores cálidos dan luz y movimiento expresivo al melancólico azul. Mientras pintaba escuchaba sus canciones y así, los ritmos y pinceladas fueron influenciados por sus melodías.
