Manuel Chacón was born in Santiago de Chile on November 9, 1933.
He studied architecture at the Catholic University of Santiago de Chile.

Through his many journeys, he acquired knowledge about architecture when travelling through Egypt, Greece, the Middle East, Italy, Austria, Germany, Holland, France, Britain, Spain and Portugal.

He was founder and designer of Art and Design and Galería St. Michel in Santiago, Chile (Manuel Chacon St.Michel and Designs) in Mexico City...
