Artwork description

Finalmente el resultado de una aguatinta lithográfica, es decir, realizada utilizando exclusivamente el lápiz graso. Si observan el detalle apreciaran que la mordida es menos delicada. El aspecto de la estampa es más agresivo, más apagado que si recurrimos inicialmente al lápiz de grafito normal, el cual evita que la grasa cubra los poros abierto entre las partículas de resina y que aparezcan microscópicas calvas que acaban por afear el aspecto de la estampa.

Francisco Dominguez Penis (autodidact).

Born in Caceres, Las Minas de Aldea Moret, an April 16, 1951. My specialty is drawing, with a preference for traditional printmaking (etching and aquatint. Introduced in this world by a great artist mezzotint and etching, Ramiro Undabeitia my friend. Currently dump in Oil and Pastel.
