El toro andino arrastra un carro-pueblo transportando en su camino, a traves de ventanas, imágenes mágico-religiosa de las festividades tradicionales que parten de la fe del hombre del campo a los dioses andinos y donde se conjugan las creencias ancestrales y nuevas expresiones culturales del interior del país. Ataviado por colores patrios del Perú conmemora la fiesta de la \"herranza andina\", expresión del desarrollo económico y cultural del campesino del Perú en convivencia armoniosa con los animales y la madre naturaleza.
