En esta pintura juego con los arcos del milenario barrio del Populo situado en la parte antigua de la ciudad de Cádiz.mostrando el juego de luces y sombras que se crean con tal intensidad los dias de verano entre sus calles franqueadas por sus famosos arcos y sus desniveles.
