Esta pintura describe la historia antigua del filósofo Platón, quien en los diálogos de Timeo y Critias; narró la historia de la ciudad de Atlántida, cerca de Grecia; donde los diez reyes que gobernaban esta ciudad, se reunían en el recinto dedicado al dios de los mares Poseidón, a sacrificar un toro, que previamente habían capturado solo con cuerdas y varas de madera, lo degollaban sobre la columna, donde estaban escritos las leyes y mandamientos para los habitantes de Atlantida, ciudad que hoy en día se cree, está en las profundidades del mar.

My name: Maugdo Vasquez, was born on June 14 1,959 in the capital city of Guatemala. Having been born to peasant parents, seven years he traveled to live Moyuta municipality in the department of Jutiapa.
