En la techumbre de San Isidoro de León aparecen escenas bíblicas que se pintaron durante el primer tercio del siglo XIII, y he reproducido este detalle, en el que aparece un pastor que es testigo de la anunciación del nacimiento de Jesús en Belén. No he respetado el cromatismo original y he usado libremente la paleta de colores, en este caso acrílicos sobre madera reciclada de una antigua puerta de la casa de mis padres, en Castroverde.
