Parte de la idea de que lo más elevado está implícito en lo más bajo. Dios está en el barro, no sólo en las trompetas doradas. La vanidad de las personas al sólo querer verlo en formas "refinadas" confunde su percepción y hace que lo aparentemente burdo se vea dado de lado por la gente. El artista pretende corregir este error de la percepción.
