Garcia Ochoa, Luis San Sebastian, 1920 Spanish painter and engraver. After his childhood he moved with his family to Madrid, where he began to work in the architectural firm of his father and in 1942 entered the College of Fine Arts of San Fernando. Ochoa Garca wide study in France, Italy and England by grants from the Spanish government and Italian.
