Elisha Gallegos Percy Melgar. Plastic artist, a graduate school of fine arts "Carl B. Flor" Arequipa, Peru. Born in Caman-Arequipa. He has exhibited in different parts of the country. Selected work nationwide in a contest in the year 1991. a teacher, artist painter, writes theater, songwriter, poet, sculptor, etc. He has made various humor magazines, 02 two books and a book on art in the upper level.
