Santiago nascent February 9, 1961. Study the Colegio San Gabriel in the same city until the 4th basic. The following year, he moved Via del Mar and study and Saint Peter. The AOO 1977 he joined the Naval Academy in Chile, graduating as an officer. He retired to civilian life in 1993. He currently lives and works in Punta Arenas, exercising the profession of engineer mechanic.
