He inherited from his father the sculptor Manuel Alvarez, the love of art.
Studied at one of the best art schools, "De Kunst Academie, also taught at the" Centrum Creative Hooft 88 Almelo in Holland, where he settled and became a naturalized citizen.
In Mexico he studied with Alejandro Zuniga, Ricardo and Gabriel Ponzanelli.
