En esta obra, al igual que en "Genio", recupero un tema en el que trabajé hace ya bastantes años, en mi primera exposición individual, "El color del blues". Algunas de aquellas obras se pueden ver en esta misma galería.
La diferencia es que entonces retraté a leyendas del blues, mientras que en estos nuevos dibujos se trata de músicos anónimos, , e introduzco elementos fantásticos y oníricos. Pero en esencia el objetivo es el mismo: homenajear sinceramente a una de las músicas que más me han inspirado.
