2024, II am living in Spain for over 21 years in the province of Murcia. Before I moved to Spain I lived in Kent in the United Kingdom. I was born and grew up in the Netherlands.
My schooltime has given me my interest in art. Drawing and painting with watercolours at first.
When I moved to The United Kingdom I took lessons in painting and in Spain I became a member of Spanish art groups, where I started painting with acrylics and oils and that seemed to be a good choice for me. At the moment I like to paint on large canvasses or on wood. My favourite subjects are street scenes, plazas, boats and portraits.
Traveling through Europe gives me my main inspirations.
I have exhibited in the UK and in Spain. Some of my paintings are exhibited in local businesses and galleries.
