Vela Zanetti, Jose Milagros (Burgos), 1913 Burgos, Spanish Artist 1999. He moved with his family to Len, a city where he discovered his vocation for painting at an early age. He starts his artistic formation BartolomCosso under the tutelage of the painter who advised JosRamn Zaragoza, where he became an apprentice and disciple. In 1993, Len Provincial Council granted a scholarship to study in Italy.
