Carlos Llano was born in Uruguay in 1930, from 1975 to 1989 lies in Argentina. Carlos Llano was born in Uruguay in 1930, from 1975 to 1989 lies in Argentina. TOWERS WORKSHOP GARCA enters Montevideo in 1949, where he remained until the extinction of the same in 1962, participating in all exhibitions of that period. Working with artists JONIO MONTIEL, GONZALO FONSECA, José Gurvich, HORACIO AND AUGUSTO TORRES AND JORGE VISCA. In 1952 he was awarded in the competition for murals "Taller Torres Garcia" and in 1954 he was selected for the official dispatch to the Sao Paulo Biennial. In the year 1956 participated in the founding of the first artisan workshop Montevideo "BASEMENT SOUTH" aqurealiza ceramic and metal parts. From 1961 to 1975 he produced murals in Uruguay for different architects. From 1977 to 1981 as Argentine painters in the knowledge of "Constructive Painting" at the Workshop "Calle Lavalle" and Workshop "San Telmo" in 1982 made wooden murals of Youngsters The Christian Association, Sierra De La Ventana, Baha Blanca, Argentina. In 1984 illustrates the complete works of Alfonsina Storni, edited by Publinter SA, Argentina. From 1987 to 1989 he teaches painting in Melo, Uruguay. Her works were acquired by the Museum of Modern Art in Madrid, Fred Rose Gallery U.S. Private collections and museums in Argentina, Uruguay, Spain and the United States travels to Spain, France and Italy are in the Program Book "a child, a book of CONICET part in the file: Latin American Art Museum Long Beach Californa.
