Biography

Naciel July 26, l956, in the State. Hidalgo, Mexico, Architect Engineer and Master in Visual Arts, Professor of expression Grafica, Perspectives, techniques of expression, and Color Models. Received first place in the National Contest "The other mask" convened by the ISSSTE, Third Place Drawing in Mexico City Games For Cultural XXIII Congress of the work, has participated in several solo and group exhibitions.
