Maiss Sebastian is a potter, painter, illustrator and cartoonist. Nascent 1964 in Argentina. Family of potters, is related to the plastic language since childhood. Its formation is not s academic. Graphic Design In 1980 attends the American School of Art, studies that did not conclude. In 1984 he made his first solo show at the Young Art Gallery, the same year it gets a Mention in the National Salon of Painting and Engraving. Until 1987, made several solo and group exhibitions, and participates in several rooms: SAAP, Belgrano, National, among others. Since 1988 prioritizes its work as a ceramist, both production pieces and sculpture, and participate in fairs in Buenos Aires and the interior of the country. Exhibitions since then in unconventional places of Federal Capital and Greater Buenos Aires. In 1999 out in Salon Treatments Parish, Province of Buenos Aires and the Museum of Lujn, Province of Buenos Aires, Argentina. In December 1999 he participated in IMPA, the Cultural City factory, a multidisciplinary event, the first held in IMPA and Cultural Center. In and with this project, Sebastian agrees Maissan from this event, participating actively in the Gestin of the Cultural Center since mid-2000 and installed allsu workshop, from which also begins na teach. To date, the author has made a series of individual exhibitions among which: 2002 "Work in the factory" in IMPA CC, Bs 2003 "Fight and Haven" in CC Borges, Buenos Aires 2006 "Songs "in Print Chilavert, Bs As currently participates in the group" Southern Wall "with the project of making public art and murals, for which she has worked in various provinces of Argentina and also in the City of Buenos Aires.
