Velimir TRNSKI, born in Croatia in 1947, graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Zagreb and perfected his graphic technique at the Rietveld Academy in Amsterdam. His works have been presented in 164 solo and group exhibitions in Austria, Belgium, Croatia, France, Germany, Netherland in the United States. He has lived and worked Zagreb and in Paris since 1985.
His works have been purchased for private collections in Amsterdam, Vienna,
Berlin, Belgrade, Munich, The Hague, London, New York, Copenhagen, Paris,
Sydney, Tokyo and Zagreb.
Trnski paints between dream and reality, drawing inspiration from what he has experienced, from what he sees,of what he dreams of.
